You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. For hygiene reasons, panties, thongs, swim bottoms and bodysuits cannot be returned unless defective. See our Return Policy for full details.
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, Lunicia covers the cost and will send a replacement or a full refund.
