Where we ship
Lunicia currently ships to the United States and Canada. All our products ship from warehouses located in the United States.
Shipping rates
- United States: $5.99 standard shipping
- Canada: $9.99 standard shipping
- Free shipping on all orders over $75 to the US and Canada
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 3 to 8 business days after dispatch
- Canada: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays or due to carrier delays.
Multiple packages
If you order several items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.
Order tracking
You can follow your order at any time on our Track Your Order page using the tracking number from your shipping email.
Duties and taxes for Canada
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by customs on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Address errors
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Lunicia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us through our Contact page or by email at contact@lunicia.shop and we will help you resolve it with the carrier.
